These terms cover your use of the Contacts Discord app. They do not cover support channels or this website.

Contacts stores data about your Discord account, such as your user ID and notes you write about other users. The way this data is handled and processed is outlined in the Privacy Policy.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
There is also no guarantee that Contacts will remain available, or that loss of data will not occur for information stored with Contacts.
What this means: There is no guarantee that Contacts will keep your data intact, stay online, or fit your needs.
Your notes may be viewed and removed by a few authorised members connected to the development of Contacts. While they will not be reviewed regularly, your notes may be viewed without your knowledge.
These terms may be updated at any time with the introduction of new features.
